National Taiwan University Tuition Fees 2027

NTU charges per semester and publishes a table for 2026/27 approved by its administration meeting in May 2026. For an international undergraduate enrolled during or after 2011/12, the total of tuition and fees per semester is NT$50,460 in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences and Law; NT$58,520 in Science, Bio-resources and Agriculture; NT$58,940 in Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and the D-School; NT$62,100 in Medicine excluding the departments of Medicine and Dentistry, and in Public Health; NT$51,220 for Management, the Center for General Education and the bachelor programme in International Sports Affairs; NT$60,520 in Life Science; NT$60,000 in the Global Undergraduate Program in Semiconductors; NT$72,340 in Dentistry; and NT$79,120 in Medicine. Two semesters make an academic year. Credit fees for international students are NT$2,040 to NT$2,300 per credit. Local undergraduates, overseas Chinese students, MOFA Taiwan Scholarship recipients and international students with R.O.C. permanent residency pay a much lower rate, NT$25,230 to NT$39,560 a semester. Internship years in dentistry, pharmacy, occupational therapy and physical therapy carry full tuition but four-fifths of the fees, and a student in an extension year pays full tuition and fees at 10 credits or more and per-credit fees at 9.5 or fewer.
