Multimedia University Tuition Fees 2026 for International Students

MMU charges no separate application fee. Once an offer is accepted, a one-off, non-refundable RM 7,000 is due (RM 2,000 registration, RM 3,500 international processing fee covering student visa handling, and a RM 1,500 deposit; open and distance learning programmes pay RM 4,000 instead, with a lower RM 500 processing fee). Tuition is then billed as a whole-programme figure by faculty, current as of MMU's 22 April 2026 fee update: Applied Communication three-year degrees total about RM 64,750; most Faculty of Management three-year degrees (Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Analytical Economics, Digital Enterprise Management, and several Business Administration majors) total RM 67,250, with Accounting higher at RM 78,600; Computing, Science, Creative Multimedia and Cinematic Arts three-year degrees total about RM 77,250; and the four-year Faculty of Engineering and AI degrees (Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering) total RM 94,500, the highest published undergraduate figure. A trimester fee of RM 400 a year (RM 160 long trimester, RM 80 short trimester) applies on top of the programme fee; online programmes pay RM 50 instead.
