KTU considers every applicant who applies through its online system for a tuition fee waiver for outstanding results, without a separate application; its bachelor's page describes the waiver as partial and its master's page as full or partial. The waiver application closes with the admission deadline, 1 June 2026, and recipients are announced by the middle of July. Enrolled students can also receive the Talent Scholarship of EUR 250 a month and a social scholarship of up to EUR 980. The Lithuanian state scholarship for master's study is open only to citizens of listed countries.
