Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy Tuition Fees 2027

The university charges non-EU ("third country") applicants a non-refundable application processing fee of 300 EUR per registered file. Tuition for the Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy programmes for non-EU students is 10,000 EUR per year in the first two years of study, stepping down to 8,500 EUR per year in year three, 8,000 EUR per year in year four, and 7,500 EUR per year in years five and six (Dental Medicine and Pharmacy have no year six, and Pharmacy has no year five fee bracket beyond year five since the programme runs 5 years). The English-taught Nursing programme is billed per ECTS credit in year one and at 3,500 EUR per year from year two. On confirming an offered place, admitted candidates pay a confirmation fee equal to 50% of the annual tuition fee, which is also non-refundable, and non-EU students must pay their full first-year tuition fee before a Type D study visa can be issued.
