International Islamic University Malaysia Tuition Fees 2027 for International Students

IIUM bills international and permanent-resident students one whole-programme tuition figure rather than a per-year rate, published by Kulliyyah (faculty) for intakes from Semester 1, 2023/2024 onwards. Economics and Management Sciences (KENMS) and Human Sciences both cost RM 60,000 for the four-year, eight-semester programme; Education costs RM 68,000; Information and Communication Technology (KICT) costs RM 72,000; Laws (AIKOL) costs RM 84,000; Architecture and Environmental Design costs RM 104,000; Engineering costs RM 124,000; Science (including its Bachelor of Medical Science route) costs RM 128,000; Allied Health Sciences costs RM 108,000; Pharmacy costs RM 200,000; and Medicine and Dentistry, both ten-semester programmes, cost RM 500,000 each. On top of tuition, every programme carries a one-off RM 1,050 Entrance Fee, an RM 2,280 Recurrent Fee spread over eight semesters, an RM 5,500 Hostel Fee, an RM 1,600 four-year Insurance Fee and a one-off RM 200 Graduation Fee. IIUM notes these fee schedules were current as of 2023/2024 and are subject to revision, with SST added to invoices from 1 September 2025.

The university lists a fee of MYR 1,050 at application stage; it is a bundled entrance or pre-arrival processing charge rather than a plain application fee, so it is not shown as an application fee on this page.
