Non-local tuition for full-time government-funded Bachelor's degree programmes at PolyU is HK$200,000 a year for the 2026/27 academic year, paid in two equal instalments of HK$100,000 at the start of each semester. All newly admitted non-local undergraduates additionally pay a one-time, non-refundable HK$20,000 fee to secure their place once they accept an offer; this amount is later credited toward the first semester's tuition rather than being an extra cost on top of the annual figure.
