Heriot-Watt Malaysia bills tuition annually and independently of its UK campuses. For the 2026/2027 session, published international fees run: Foundation RM 36,252 to RM 39,718; undergraduate RM 49,046 to RM 59,530 a year; postgraduate taught RM 63,876 to RM 73,935 for the whole programme; PhD RM 21,306 to RM 47,276 a year full-time. A 6 percent service tax applies to non-Malaysian students' fees from 1 July 2025. The application processing fee is RM 530 for international applicants (RM 500 for local applicants) per application submitted, and is separate from the EMGS visa fee of roughly RM 3,900 for a one-year Student Pass.
