HBKU's tuition fees are set per credit hour. Science, engineering and health programmes cost QAR 4,000 per credit hour, for example QAR 132,000 in total for a 33-credit MSc in Data Science and Engineering and QAR 240,000 for the PhD in Computer Science and Engineering. The Master of Public Policy costs QAR 2,500 per credit hour, QAR 90,000 in total, and undergraduate engineering degrees cost QAR 2,250 per credit hour. The graduate application fee is QAR 250.
