Admission at a glance
Gdansk University of Technology, known as Gdansk Tech, is a technical university in Gdansk offering a set of bachelor's and master's programmes taught fully in English, mainly in engineering, architecture, data-related fields and management. International candidates apply through the eRekrutacja online system in a three-step process: an Offer Letter stage, where the candidate registers, pays the application fee, submits documents and, where required, sits an entrance exam such as the mathematics test or Architecture's own assessment; a Confirmation Letter stage, where an admitted candidate pays the minimum first semester's tuition within the deadline set in the offer letter, usually about two weeks; and a Registration Week after arrival in Poland, where the candidate brings original documents, passport and residence documents to formally become a student. Architecture, Data Engineering, Green Technologies, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering and Engineering Management are the English-taught bachelor's programmes confirmed for this record, alongside English-taught master's programmes including Spatial Development, Management and Economic Analytics. Tuition is billed per semester rather than per year and fixed by programme; foreign-currency payments are converted to PLN using the National Bank of Poland's daily exchange rate. A programme runs only once it has a sufficient number of admitted candidates.
