Comenius University Bratislava Application Deadlines 2027

Comenius University Bratislava, founded in 1919, is Slovakia's oldest university, with 23,214 students including 3,800 from 94 countries. It teaches General Medicine and Dentistry in English at the Faculty of Medicine in Bratislava, at EUR 13,000 and EUR 14,500 a year in 2026-27, and General Medicine at the Jessenius Faculty in Martin, at EUR 11,500. The Jessenius Faculty's first 2027-28 application deadline is 6 March 2027.

Applications open 1 December 2026; the first online admission exam is on 20 March 2027, applied for by 6 March 2027. Later exams are on 26 June (deadline 12 June) and 6 August 2027 (deadline 23 July). Non-EU applicants should take an early date to leave time for the visa. Admission fee EUR 70; tuition EUR 11,500 a year.
