Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Tuition Fees 2027

For non-EU ("third country") international students, tuition for the 2026-2027 academic year is 10,000 EUR per year for Medicine and for Dentistry (English-taught), and 8,500 EUR per year for Pharmacy (French-taught); the same tuition amounts apply to the Romanian-taught Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy tracks. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens studying on the English or French-taught tracks pay the equivalent in Romanian lei of the same euro amounts, converted at the National Bank of Romania's exchange rate on the day of payment. Applicants also pay a separate, non-refundable competition registration fee of 2,500 RON through the admission platform, and candidates who need to prove their language level by examination rather than by certificate pay a 500 EUR language test fee. On being ranked as admitted, candidates must pay 50% of the annual tuition fee to confirm their seat, and non-EU candidates must pay their full first-year tuition before a student visa can be issued.
