Ca' Foscari University of Venice is a public university known for economics, languages, Asian studies and the humanities. Non-EU students who do not qualify for an ISEE-based reduction pay a flat annual tax by country group: EUR 700 for Low Human Development Countries, EUR 1,300 for other non-EU countries, and EUR 2,100 to 2,300 for OECD countries outside the EU, all inclusive of the regional tax and stamp duty.
