Ca' Foscari charges non-EU students a flat annual tax that depends on country of citizenship, already inclusive of the EUR 192 regional tax and EUR 16 stamp duty. For 2026/2027: EUR 700 a year for students from a Ministry-published list of Low Human Development Countries, at bachelor's and master's level alike; EUR 1,300 a year for students from other non-EU countries; and, for OECD countries outside the EU, EUR 2,100 for a bachelor's degree and EUR 2,300 for a master's. Fees are paid in three instalments. Non-EU students who have lived in Italy for at least two years, or are related to an Italian or EU citizen, can apply instead for an ISEE-based reduction if their equivalent ISEE is EUR 60,000 or below.
