Boğaziçi University Tuition Fees 2027 for International Students

Bogazici University is a public research university on the Bosphorus in Istanbul that teaches entirely in English and traces its roots to Robert College, founded in 1863. International undergraduates apply with SAT, TR-YOS or GCE A Level results rather than the exam Turkish citizens sit, and pay a non-refundable application fee of EUR 100 per programme.

Bogazici charges students admitted under the international quota in US dollars, per semester, at a rate set by faculty. For the 2026-2027 intake the university's own fee schedule gives USD 5,000 a semester for the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and USD 4,000 a semester for the Faculties of Science, Humanities and Social Sciences, Education and Law. The English preparatory year is USD 5,000 a semester. Master's and doctoral students with foreign citizenship pay USD 300 a semester. Turkish citizens, Blue Card holders admitted before 2021-2022, students from Northern Cyprus who finished high school there, and holders of Turkiye Scholarships are exempt from the international rate.

Undergraduate study is eight semesters for a four year degree and ten for a five year degree, so the whole course at the engineering rate comes to about USD 40,000 at current figures.
