Bogazici University is a public research university on the Bosphorus in Istanbul that teaches entirely in English and traces its roots to Robert College, founded in 1863. International undergraduates apply with SAT, TR-YOS or GCE A Level results rather than the exam Turkish citizens sit, and pay a non-refundable application fee of EUR 100 per programme.
