ADA University Scholarships 2027 for International Students
ADA University in Baku was established on 13 January 2014, succeeding the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy founded in 2006, and teaches most programmes in English. Its latest published fee table, for 2025, charges non-citizen students AZN 8,500 a year for undergraduate study and AZN 10,500 for most master's programmes, including the student fee. International applicants pay a AZN 100 application fee and are considered for the Topchubashov International Fellowship, a full tuition waiver.
The Alimardan Bay Topchubashov International Fellowship is open to all admitted international undergraduate and graduate students and provides a 100% tuition fee waiver, dormitory housing and yearly medical insurance, renewable subject to available funds and a term GPA of at least 2.5 for undergraduates or 3.0 for graduate students. Graduate students in the top 10% of their cohort receive a 20% tuition waiver.
