Universidad Autonoma de Madrid Tuition Fees 2027

UAM is a large public research university on a single campus at Cantoblanco, on the edge of Madrid, teaching mainly in Spanish with a growing number of English-taught master's programmes. Non-EU applicants use UNEDasiss and, where needed, Ministry of Education homologacion for bachelor access, plus UAM's own Early Admission window for applicants whose family lives outside Spain, and pay the Community of Madrid's non-resident credit price, which is several times the resident/EU rate.

UAM charges tuition per ECTS credit under the price decree the Community of Madrid issues each year, currently Decreto 43/2022. Non-resident foreign students (excluding EU/EEA and Moroccan nationals) pay the fourth-enrollment bracket on bachelor degrees regardless of how many times they are actually enrolled. UAM's own published table gives, for a full 60-credit bachelor year: EUR 8,186.40 for experimentality level 1 degrees (such as Medicine, Biology or Nursing), EUR 7,714.20 for level 2 (such as Computer Engineering or Physics), and EUR 6,822.60 for level 3 (such as Business, Law, Psychology or the humanities); these figures exclude file-opening, secretarial and insurance charges. For general (non-regulated) master's degrees, the confirmed non-resident rate is EUR 84.07 a credit, or EUR 5,044.02 for a 60-credit programme; regulated professional master's degrees use the bachelor-style bracket instead. UAM's Early Admission bachelor route additionally charges a EUR 70 application fee per degree requested.
