TOEFL Requirement for Taiwan Universities: Minimum Score

NTU accepts TOEFL iBT 72 as evidence of CEFR B2 for its English-taught programmes. An applicant who cannot meet the bar in time can seek conditional admission, which gives up to one year to produce the certificate; the offer is cancelled if it does not arrive. Applicants whose previous degree was taught in the language, or who come from a country on NTU's English-speaking list, are exempted from submitting a certificate at all.
