Typical minimum: 75 on the TOEFL iBT 0-120 scale, verified 15 September 2026.

Tartu and TalTech ask for 75 and Tallinn University for 72, with section minimums. On the new 1 to 6 scale used since 21 January 2026, Tartu and Tallinn University ask for 4.
