The single annual round for the YOKOHAMA Socrates Program, for entry on 1 April 2027. The online form is open from 7 October to 17:00 on 13 October 2026, Japan Standard Time, and the guidelines say the deadline is applied strictly. Supporting documents, including transcripts sent by a school or test scores sent by a test centre, have to arrive at YNU by the same 17:00 on 13 October 2026. The examination fee of JPY 17,000 is paid between 1 October and 17:00 on 13 October 2026. First screening is on documents in late October, its results are announced on 11 November 2026, and the second screening is an oral examination on 19 and 20 November 2026. The window is one week long, so the school transcript and the test score have to be arranged weeks in advance. | |||||||
