Western Norway University of Applied Sciences Tuition Fees 2027

Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) charges students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland tuition for its international master's programmes, for example NOK 260,000 a year for Climate Change Management and NOK 180,000 a year for Healthy Aging and Rehabilitation. Non-EU/EEA applicants for 2027 programmes register from 1 October 2026 and apply by 1 December 2026. HVL asks for IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80 or PTE Academic 59 and offers no scholarships.
