The stated minimum is level B2 according to international standards, shown by IELTS or an equivalent test; no separate IELTS or TOEFL score is set for master's applicants. Bachelor's programmes for international applicants are taught in Russian and Uzbek, so a high level of Uzbek or Russian is required, and English at B2 level or higher is treated as an advantage rather than a requirement.
