For 2026-2027: EUR 2,902 a year for a bachelor's degree and EUR 3,950 for a master's, the full national differentiated rate, or a reduced EUR 1,934 (bachelor's) / EUR 2,633 (master's) for students with an additional qualification or repeating after a gap year. Automatic exemption from the differentiated rate applies only to PhD and third-cycle health students, refugees and those with subsidiary protection, long-term French residents, students tax-resident in France for 2 or more years, and CPGE preparatory-class students; other non-EU students may apply individually but exemption is not guaranteed. A non-refundable EUR 23 application/administration fee applies.
