University of Split Admission 2027: Deadlines, Fees, Requirements

The University of Split admits international students to Medical Studies in English at its School of Medicine through a public call each year. For 2026/2027 a total of 70 places was planned, the main application deadline was 1 July 2026, and a later fall intake with 2 places closed on 18 August 2026; the call for 2027/2028 has not been published yet. Applicants need a total of at least 12 years of previous education, proof of English such as TOEFL, IELTS or CAE (unless they studied in English or English is their mother tongue), secondary school certificates and a birth certificate, plus proof of paying the non-refundable application fee of EUR 200. Every candidate must also register through Croatia's central Postani Student portal and send certified documents by post to the Agency for Science and Higher Education, which must confirm the file is complete. Applicants who meet the selection criteria are invited to an online interview. The programme lasts six years and the annual tuition fee is EUR 12,000; tuition for the first year must be paid in full within one week of receiving the formal letter of acceptance. No scholarships for the English programme are mentioned in the call.
