Candidates shall apply for scholarships elsewhere or can be self-sponsored.' No dedicated international-student scholarship programme or scholarships page was found on ur.ac.rw during this research; the university's Facts and Figures report notes that a large share of currently enrolled students overall are financially supported by the Government of Rwanda, but that sponsorship is described in the context of domestic students and was not stated to extend to international applicants.
