The University of Lapland in Rovaniemi, Finland, charges students liable to pay tuition EUR 13,000 per academic year for master's programmes and EUR 10,000 for three-year bachelor's programmes for the autumn 2027 intake. Applications run from 7 to 21 January 2027, and master's applicants need IELTS Academic 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 92. Scholarships of EUR 6,000 a year go to one fifth of master's students.
The Master's Degree Scholarship of EUR 6,000 per academic year is granted to one fifth of the master's intake based on success in the application process. First-year students who accept their place and pay 90% of the fee in time receive an Early Bird scholarship of 10% (EUR 1,300 for master's). Bachelor's students can receive EUR 3,000 in the second and third years. Scholarships do not cover living costs.
