UGR charges tuition per ECTS credit under the price decree the Andalusian regional government issues, currently Decreto 98/2023 of 2 May, which the region has kept frozen into 2026-27. The published first-enrolment rate is EUR 12.62 a credit for bachelor degrees and enabling (professionally regulated) master's degrees, and EUR 13.68 a credit for other master's degrees; for a full 60-credit year that is about EUR 757 for a bachelor programme or an enabling master's, and about EUR 821 for a non-enabling master's. UGR's own pricing pages make no distinction between EU and non-EU students, consistent with Andalusia's policy of applying the same public price to international and resident students, unlike autonomous communities such as Madrid and Catalonia that charge non-EU students a separate, higher rate.
