The University of Colorado Boulder reviews international freshman applicants on the same timeline as domestic applicants: early action by November 15 with a decision by February 1, or regular decision by January 15 with a decision by April 1, both for fall entry. Applicants use the Common Application and submit English proficiency scores unless exempt, with a minimum TOEFL iBT of 80, IELTS of 6.5 or Duolingo English Test of 115, valid for two calendar years before the intended start date; CU Boulder tells applicants that scores must be on file to be considered for scholarships, not only for admission.
