University of Bern Application Deadlines 2027

The University of Bern teaches bachelor's degrees mainly in German, with many master's programmes offered fully in English. Since autumn 2026, non-Swiss students who did not live in Switzerland or Liechtenstein when they gained their entry qualification pay a much higher tuition surcharge than before, taking their total to roughly three times the domestic rate.
