Turku University of Applied Sciences in Finland was founded in 1992. Students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland pay EUR 12,000 per academic year in English-taught bachelor's and master's programmes starting in 2026 or later, with a EUR 1,000 early bird discount for the first year. Applicants need IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 60 or PTE Academic 55, and the autumn 2026 joint application for studies starting in January 2027 closed on 10 September 2026.

Turku UAS grants a scholarship based on a YKI certificate in Finnish: EUR 4,000 for students who paid EUR 11,000 to 12,000 in tuition for the previous academic year, and EUR 2,000 for those who paid EUR 5,000 to 6,000. A EUR 1,000 early bird discount applies to the first year.
