Turku University of Applied Sciences in Finland was founded in 1992. Students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland pay EUR 12,000 per academic year in English-taught bachelor's and master's programmes starting in 2026 or later, with a EUR 1,000 early bird discount for the first year. Applicants need IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 60 or PTE Academic 55, and the autumn 2026 joint application for studies starting in January 2027 closed on 10 September 2026.

English test waiver

No English certificate is needed for applicants who apply with a SAT test, where that route is allowed, and exemptions apply for earlier studies completed in English in listed countries and for certain grades in the Finnish Matriculation Examination, IB, European Baccalaureate or Reifeprüfung. Cambridge English results need a scale score of 169, and TOEFL iBT tests from 21 January 2026 need 3.5.
