Postgraduate fees at Sultan Qaboos University for batches starting in 2026 and beyond are set in Omani rials and paid once per semester. For master's programmes by coursework and thesis, international students pay tuition of OMR 168 per credit hour in science colleges plus a thesis fee of OMR 1,568, or OMR 147 per credit hour in humanities colleges plus OMR 1,372. The MBA costs OMR 210 per credit hour plus OMR 1,960 for the thesis. Thesis-only programmes cost international students OMR 4,900 (science) or OMR 4,200 (humanities) for a master's degree, and OMR 9,800 or OMR 7,000 for a PhD. The postgraduate English language course costs international students OMR 420. The application fee is OMR 10 per programme. Undergraduate tuition for international students is not published.
