For master's degrees, the published fee structure lists annual tuition for "Other Internationals" in US dollars. Master's degrees by coursework and dissertation of 12 or 24 months carry tuition of USD 1,208 for social sciences, USD 1,298 for science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and USD 1,298 for veterinary medicine and biomedical sciences. The 18-month master's programmes carry tuition of USD 1,409, USD 1,514 and USD 1,514 in the same three clusters. Postgraduate diploma tuition is USD 1,283, USD 1,388 and USD 1,586 a year. Students from SADC countries are charged less than other international students, and Tanzanians and East African Community citizens pay in Tanzanian shillings. Each table also lists further annual charges for international students, such as a USD 20 students union fee, a USD 20 TCU fee and other fees for registration, graduation and supervision. This fee structure took effect in the 2022/2023 academic year and is the one published with the 2026/2027 postgraduate advert.

For undergraduate degrees, the 2026/2027 advert gives tuition of TZS 9,014,400 for international students in most degree programmes (TZS 1,263,000 for Tanzanians), and TZS 8,108,900 for international students in several other degrees, such as Tourism Management, Community Development and Human Resource and Labour Relations Management, where the advert gives Tanzanians a tuition fee of TZS 1,000,000 per annum. Diploma tuition is TZS 6,311,400 per annum for international students. The advert gives the TZS 9,014,400 degree figure together with a three-year duration and does not state a period for it. The application fee is USD 20 for international postgraduate applicants and TZS 10,000 for undergraduate applicants.
