Sejong University Application Deadlines 2027

Sejong University is a private university in Seoul's Gwangjin district, admitting international undergraduates on both a Korean-taught track and a substantial English Track spanning ten fields, twice a year for Spring and Fall intakes with two rounds each. Tuition runs from about KRW 4.67 million to 6.39 million a semester, and the application fee is KRW 150,000.

Sejong's most recently confirmed cycle, Fall 2026, ran two rounds: Round 1 online application 9 to 24 March 2026 with decisions 7 May 2026, and Round 2 online application 27 April to 15 May 2026 with decisions 1 July 2026, both under a KRW 150,000 application fee. The Fall 2027 guide had not been published at the time of this review.

Round 1 of two for the March 2027 intake. Applications are made and paid for at sos.sejong.ac.kr, and every document is uploaded there; the evaluation is on the uploaded documents, with an online pre-screening interview only if Sejong asks for one. Round 1 is evaluated 15 to 20 October 2026, decisions are released 9 November 2026 at 17:00, and original paper documents and tuition are then due between 9 and 20 November 2026 at 16:00. An admitted student's certificate of admission is issued from 8 December 2026. All times are Korean Standard Time.

Evaluation runs 4 to 9 December 2026, decisions are released 23 December 2026 at 17:00, and original documents and tuition are due between 23 December 2026 and 5 January 2027 at 16:00, with the certificate of admission issued from 19 January 2027. Students on the Sejong Prep Course are told to apply in this round. All times are Korean Standard Time.
