Non-EEA students pay a fixed fee rather than the government's differentiated public-university rate: EUR 14,900 a year at undergraduate level and EUR 20,640 at graduate (master's) level, for first enrolment in September 2026. French and EU students instead pay an income-scaled fee, under which about one in three students pays nothing; this scale does not apply to non-EEA students. A EUR 150 application fee applies to undergraduate, graduate and doctoral applications alike. Sciences Po is also a regular France Excellence Eiffel host institution; the scholarship is awarded by nomination, not direct student application.
