The application fee for any PSU graduate program is SAR 500, non-refundable, with an additional 15 percent VAT added for international applicants (making the effective fee SAR 575). Tuition for Master's and Doctoral students is SAR 5,000 per credit hour, and a 15 percent VAT is applied to all tuition fees for non-Saudi (international) students. Programs require different total credit hours to complete: the Master in Software Engineering, Master of Science in Cybersecurity, Master of Commercial Law and Master of Engineering Management each require 30 credit hours (thesis or non-thesis option), while the MBA (non-thesis) requires 36 credit hours; MBA applicants without a business undergraduate degree also take 12 additional foundation-course credit hours, billed separately at SAR 3,000 per credit hour, also plus 15 percent VAT for international students. On acceptance, students pay a non-refundable SAR 3,000 pre-registration fee, which is credited toward tuition. PSU's own site does not state these amounts as a per-year, per-semester or whole-programme lump sum, only as a rate per credit hour, so tuition_intl_min/max are left blank here rather than computing an unstated total.
