UPC reduced its non-EU non-resident tuition sharply from June 2025: the bachelor first-enrolment credit price fell from EUR 42.56 to EUR 30, and the master's first-enrolment credit price fell from EUR 102.52 to EUR 45, with the new master's rate applying equally to regulated and non-regulated programmes. For a full 60-credit year that is about EUR 1,800 for a bachelor programme and about EUR 2,700 for a master's programme, before later-enrolment surcharges (up to EUR 120 a credit for a fourth master's enrolment). A non-refundable EUR 300 admission fee is charged when a non-EU master's applicant accepts an offer, to make the admission official and reserve a place; students moving directly from a UPC sequential bachelor-to-master programme are exempt from this fee and from the pre-enrolment fee.
