Khazar University Admission Requirements 2027

Khazar University in Baku was established in 1990/1991. International students pay USD 5,000 a year in tuition for every programme except BS Veterinary Medicine, which costs USD 6,000, with a lower rate for applicants in the Early Bird cycle. The application fee is USD 25, and every applicant is considered automatically for merit scholarships of 25%, 50% or 75% of tuition.

English test waiver

Khazar University lists TOEFL or IELTS scores as optional for international bachelor's and master's applicants and states no minimum score for those levels. PhD applicants must submit proof of English proficiency at a minimum of CEFR level B2.
