ITU sets one tuition figure per faculty for students admitted on the international quota, in Turkish lira, and the figure depends on the year the student first enrolled. For the cohorts that started in 2023-2024 or later, the published table runs from TRY 79,000 a year in the Faculty of Science and Letters, through TRY 86,500 in the Faculty of Management, TRY 94,500 across the engineering, architecture, mining, chemistry and metallurgy, aeronautics and computer faculties, and TRY 119,000 in naval architecture, maritime studies and textile technologies, up to TRY 264,000 at the Istanbul Turkish Music State Conservatory. Students who enrolled in 2022-2023 or earlier pay roughly half those amounts. The associate degree at the Cyber Security Vocational School is TRY 47,500. The table ITU had published when this was checked on 9 September 2026 is the 2025-2026 one: the university had posted its 2026-2027 figures for domestic students but not yet for the international quota. A 25 percent sibling discount applies for 2026-2027 where more than one child of the same family, each holding a Turkish residence permit, studies at a state university at the same time, and applications for it closed at 17:00 on 2 October 2026.
