Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon is a public university institution created in 1972, with campuses in Lisbon and Sintra. For 2026/2027, bachelor's tuition for students from outside the EU is EUR 7,000 a year, against EUR 697 for EU students, and the application fee is EUR 70. International applicants need the language of instruction at CEFR B1, unless they come from a Portuguese-speaking or English-speaking country or speak Spanish.
