Fulbright University Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City was announced in May 2016 and received its operating license in 2017. Tentative undergraduate tuition for 2026-2027 is VND 467,600,000 a year for every major, with an estimated four-year total of VND 1,870,400,000, and any applicant can apply for the Fulbright University Scholarship covering 20% to 100% of tuition. Applicants need IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 70 or Duolingo 95.
Any student applying to Fulbright is eligible to apply for the Fulbright University Scholarship, which provides over 100 awards at six levels from 20% to 100% of tuition for all four years, kept with a GPA of at least 3.0. Other named awards include a full-tuition family scholarship.
