Fulbright University Vietnam admits undergraduates in two cycles, with the same rounds for international applicants. For the Class of 2030, entering in Fall 2026, the Priority Cycle closed at 5 pm on 29 December 2025 and the Regular Cycle at 5 pm on 28 May 2026; dates for Fall 2027 have not been published. The application fee is VND 2,000,000 and is waived for Priority Cycle applicants. Applicants need IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 70 or Duolingo 95, unless they are native English speakers or studied in English for at least two consecutive years. Tentative tuition for 2026-2027 is VND 467,600,000 a year for all majors, with a dormitory fee of VND 58,450,000 a year for residential students, and tuition and fees are collected in Vietnamese dong. The Fulbright University Scholarship, open to any applicant, offers over 100 awards covering 20% to 100% of tuition for four years, kept with a GPA of at least 3.0. The Master in Public Policy at the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management costs VND 480,000,000 for the 18-month Policy Analysis track, and its 2026 application deadline was 15 August 2026.
