English test waiver
At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, CTU's largest engineering faculty for English-taught study, an applicant who is not a native English speaker must submit a certificate of English proficiency, and the faculty's admission committee assesses English itself during the online interview. The faculty's official admission conditions for 2026/27 do not state a minimum score on any named test, so none is recorded here; an applicant with a weaker certificate should expect the interview to decide. Documents not in Czech, Slovak or English need a certified translation, emailed as a copy and shown in the original at enrolment. Each CTU faculty sets its own language rule, so an applicant to another faculty should read that faculty's conditions.
