Corvinus University of Budapest is Hungary's best-known business and economics university. Bachelor's degrees cost EUR 6,000 to EUR 6,600 a year for students from outside the EEA and master's EUR 6,800 to EUR 10,800, with the fee fixed for the whole degree. Applications for a September start close in the summer, and English is accepted at B2 from an unusually wide list including Duolingo 100.

Corvinus had not opened its September 2027 applications when checked on 14 September 2026; it says the platform opens in the autumn of the preceding year. The 2026 pattern, which is the one to plan against: applicants needing a visa closed on 25 June with written exams by 28 June, oral exams 15 to 17 July and decisions by 31 July; applicants not needing a visa closed on 13 August. Proof of English was due by 1 August. Scholarship-nominated applicants run months earlier, with documents by 31 March and interviews in April.
