Chulalongkorn funds graduate scholarships for students from ASEAN and non-ASEAN countries, covering tuition, airfare and a THB 16,000 monthly stipend and accommodation allowance, for two years at master's level and three at doctoral level; applicants are nominated by their faculty, with the second-semester 2025 round open from 5 September to 13 October 2025. The Chula LINK Scholarship for international master's and doctoral students opened from 20 March to 24 May 2026, paying tuition at the Thai student rate, airfare and THB 16,000 a month.
