For the 2026-2027 academic year, including 10 percent VAT, Bilkent's tuition for international and other overseas admitted students is USD 16,300 a year for students admitted before 2023, USD 16,950 a year for students admitted in 2023-2024, USD 17,600 a year for students admitted in 2025, and USD 18,400 a year for students admitted in 2026; the fee rises by the year of first admission rather than staying level for every returning cohort. It is paid in two equal instalments, before Fall and Spring semester course registration, by wire transfer to Bilkent's Garanti Bank accounts.
