At the University of the Philippines Diliman in Quezon City, foreign undergraduates are charged PHP 1,500 per unit plus an educational development fee of USD 300 a semester. Foreign students aged 18 and over taking degree courses need a 9(f) student visa, for which the school must be accredited by the Bureau of Immigration.
UP Diliman lists general scholarships and grants, but none of its pages says whether foreign students are eligible, and no scholarship for international students is published. The Commission on Higher Education's site sits behind a bot check and could not be read.
