Undergraduate applicants need IELTS 6.5 with at least 6.0 in writing, or TOEFL iBT 85 with 22 in writing for courses such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science and Business Management (88 with 21 in writing for International Relations and Law and Commercial Law). Master's applicants need IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 in writing or TOEFL iBT 88 with 21 in writing. TOEFL Home Edition is not accepted. Undergraduates who completed secondary education in English with grade C or above in GCSE English or equivalent, and master's applicants whose earlier degree was taught and assessed in English, can be exempt.
