International freshman applicants use the same application, deadlines and review process as domestic applicants: early action by November 15 (non-binding) or regular decision by January 15, for fall entry. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit an accepted English proficiency test score from within the past two years, sent directly by the testing agency using Virginia Tech's CEEB code 5859, unless exempt.

How to apply
