Tsinghua University Tuition Fees 2027 for International Students

Tsinghua University is a national research university in Beijing and, with Peking University, one of the two most internationally recognised universities in China. International undergraduates apply through Tsinghua's own review, integrative test and, for some divisions, a portfolio, rather than a single written exam, and choose a specific school only after a first year of general study.

Tuition is set by division rather than one flat undergraduate rate: 26,000 CNY a year for economics, finance, management, law and three residential colleges; 30,000 CNY a year for architecture, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics and five other residential colleges; 40,000 CNY a year for the arts. Clinical Medicine rises by stage, from 40,000 CNY a year in the three year foundation stage to 60,000 CNY in the research stage and 70,000 CNY in the clinical stage. All students also pay an 800 CNY insurance fee each year, and the 800 CNY application fee is charged once, at application.
